Membership is for one-week (7 nights) each year in the type unit purchased and lasts for 99 years. You, and your guests, are entitled to the use of all the resort amenities during your annual stay, including round-trip flights in the club’s brand new aircraft (from Belize International Airport to Ambergris Caye), use of our water taxis to San Pedro Town, and generous discounts at the resort’s restaurant, bar, spa, and boutique.

Our concept is simple… Any lot may accommodate either our Villa or Cabana models. Choose your lot and then choose your model. Owners may wait up to one year from the time of lot purchase to start building their unit. The above pricing is for the lot only. Building cost is quoted separately (see pricing sheets for Cabana and Villa models)

Our “rental pool” commitment to our Owners is simple: Use your unit for as many days as you wish. The remaining time, the unit may be placed in a Rental Pool. Owners receive 60% of the gross pool income. There is NO obligation to place your unit into the rental pool. You may rent, lease, gift, or sell your unit at anytime.
