Our Head Engineer Mr. Virgil T. Palacio is a civil engineer who has thirteen years experience working in and around Belize. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso, U.S.A. in December of 1992. In the summer of 1984 he graduated from the Belize Technical College with an Associates Degree in Building and Civil Engineering. Immediately entering the construction and engineering field he was employed by H.L.C. Engineering Ltd. as a technician on their ongoing projects which exposed him to road construction and drainage systems. After two years he migrated to the United States to pursue a degree program in civil engineering. Upon completion of his degree he returned home to Belize, to apply his knowledge and skill, to the ever growing industry. The Building Process If you are not in the country, Blue Diamond Realty will keep you up to date on the progress of your construction by providing reports and pictures of each phase completed. You do not have to pay another penny for the additional phases until you are fully satisfied. You can talk to one of our architects to create a unique floor plan with your ideas or change one of our samples to suit your needs.
